Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription, you can follow one of these methods:

1. In the measuring app, log in to your account
2. Click your user initials in the toolbar
3. Click "Manage Account"
4. Click "Account Subscription"
5. Click "Manage Subscriptions"
6. Select your subscription
7. Click the "Cancel Subscription" link

Method 2: By Email

Alternatively, you may email support@measuremylawn.com and request a cancellation. Please include your account email address and the reason for cancellation in your email.

After Cancellation

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made to your payment method after you cancel.

Refund Policy

At MeasureMyLawn, we strive to provide high-quality services to all our users. However, we understand that there may be instances where our services do not meet your expectations.

Eligibility for Refunds:

• Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
• You must provide a clear reason for your refund request.
• Refunds may be processed for technical issues that significantly impair the functionality of our paid services.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

• After the 14-day period has expired.
• If the service has been used extensively during the refund period.
• For reasons not related to the functionality of our services.
