How accurate is it?
Accurate enough to buy sod, seed or fertilizer and to compare contractor quotes. The result depends on how sharp the satellite image is where you live and how closely you trace the edges. It is not a survey, and the map does not show legal property lines.
What it's for
Working out how much sod, seed, fertilizer or mulch to buy, checking a quote, and pricing jobs. See the guides for homeowners, lawn care pros, paving companies and snow removal.
